Woo hoo! Just did my first “run” in the None to Run plan. It’s mostly walking with a few 30 second runs, but that felt PERFECT after 40 years of not running. I’m looking forward to the next one, which is about as much as you can ask from a workout plan. 🏃♀️
After not running for 35 years, I’d like to start. I bought good shoes and am planning to do None To Run™ - Gradual Running Plan and App for Beginner Runners. Any advice? I’m in good physical shape (for 60), lots of swimming and strength training. 🏃♀️

I fell off the “no Facebook in August ” wagon this morning. Ouch! But now I’m back on the wagon, more determined than ever. Then I spent another hour trying to figure out Mailmate keybindings and I finally got my custom keybindings working! Probably took me 4 hours total. Ugh

I’ve already talked about how much I love this album by Wu Fei and Abigail Washburn. On the strength of it, I subscribed to Wu Fei’s substack and I’m so happy I did. 🎵
