Woo hoo! Just did my first βrunβ in the None to Run plan. Itβs mostly walking with a few 30 second runs, but that felt PERFECT after 40 years of not running. Iβm looking forward to the next one, which is about as much as you can ask from a workout plan. πββοΈ
After not running for 35 years, I’d like to start. I bought good shoes and am planning to do None To Runβ’ - Gradual Running Plan and App for Beginner Runners. Any advice? I’m in good physical shape (for 60), lots of swimming and strength training. πββοΈ
