After not running for 35 years, I’d like to start. I bought good shoes and am planning to do None To Run™ - Gradual Running Plan and App for Beginner Runners. Any advice? I’m in good physical shape (for 60), lots of swimming and strength training. 🏃♀️

I fell off the “no Facebook in August " wagon this morning. Ouch! But now I’m back on the wagon, more determined than ever. Then I spent another hour trying to figure out Mailmate keybindings and I finally got my custom keybindings working! Probably took me 4 hours total. Ugh
